First Week at Faith Daycare & Learning Centre: A Joyous Start!

The first week of school at Faith Daycare & Learning Centre was nothing short of amazing! From the moment the students stepped through our doors in their neatly pressed uniforms, there was a palpable sense of excitement in the air. Bright-eyed and eager, our little learners embraced their new school environment with curiosity and enthusiasm, and while there were a few tears at first, they quickly vanished as the children began to settle into their new routines.

We’re thrilled to share some of the special moments from our first week, and we’ve captured a few of them to share with you!

In one memorable instance, our dedicated K1 teacher, Ms. Cameron, captivated her class as she read a story, sparking the children’s imaginations during their first circle time.

Meanwhile, Ms. Fox, our Pre-K teacher, was also spotted engaging her students with an enthralling story during circle time.

The focus, wonder, and excitement on the children's faces spoke volumes about their eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.

It was also a heartwarming sight to see our principal, Mrs. Samuels, taking time to personally greet the K1 class during the first week of school.

On the first day she welcomed each child with a warm smile, reassuring both students and parents alike that this school year would be filled with growth, support, and plenty of learning. Her presence during the first week set the tone for the nurturing and collaborative environment we strive to foster here at Faith Daycare & Learning Centre.

We would also like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all our new parents! We are beyond excited to have you as part of our school community. Your involvement in your child’s education is incredibly important, and we encourage you to participate in the many school activities and events planned for the year. From parent-teacher meetings to school events and classroom activities, there will be ample opportunities for you to engage and contribute to your child’s learning journey.
